Where has the moon gone?

Tsuki wa doko e itta? (Where has the moon gone?) A multidisciplinary performance with dance, music and calligraphy, presented at the Chinese Zen temple Kofukuji, which was founded in 1620 in Nagasaki, Japan. Inspiration for this piece came from the moon and Chinese poetry on the moon and the Chinese characters themselves. These 'Kanji' were transformed into movement dance and music and formed a technical ellement that brought together the artists from Holland, Shang Hai, Tokyo, Nagasaki, and Hirado. 17,18-09-2010 at Kofukuji Temple, Nagasaki, Japan
